(a) - (b) I am not aware of any areas of the Pilbara Institute being sealed off, however, as a consequence of a visit to the Pilbara Institute by a WorkSafe Inspector an Improvement Notice for some remediation work was issued on 20 March 2012 and the Pilbara Institute have advised WorkSafe that the remediation work required by that notice has been completed.
(c) There is no requirement in the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 for this information to be provided to WorkSafe and therefore I suggest the member direct his question to the Pilbara Institute for a response.
