(2) On what date was approval sought by Ms Kent? (3) On what date was approval granted by the Minister? (4) Did any other MPs attend this visit, and if so, who? (5) Was Ms Kent's visit noted in the station's occurrence book? (6) If yes to (5), what was the sign in and sign out time? (7) Did any Department of Fire and Emergency Services staff attend this visit and if so, please outline: (a) The number of staff; and (b) Their job title(s)? (8) Is it still State Government policy, as outlined in correspondence from your office on 5 September 2022 that "photos and social media posts must be approved by the Fire and Emergency Services (FES) Commissioner prior to publishing"? (9) Did the photo and social media post from Ms Kent have the approval of the FES Commissioner prior to publishing? (10) If yes to (9), please table the approval?

1) I have become aware of three Members of Parliament, Hon, Neil Thompson MLC, Senator Matthew O’Sullivan and Ali Kent MLA, visiting FES facilities without appropriate approvals and in breach of DFES policies. These matters will be raised directly with the Members in question.
