I refer to the proposed Coalmine in Osmington, Margaret River, and ask -
(1) Will an expansion of the Bunbury Port needed for the export of coal from the mine be supported?
(2) What infrastructure will be required?
(3) What is the estimated cost of the required infrastructure?
(4) Will the proponent be expected to fund in full the required infrastructure?
(5) Is a permit required for the transport of the coal from Osmington, Margaret River to Capel for washing and from Capel to the Bunbury Port?
(6) If yes to (5), would a permit be granted?
