With regard to the Derby Port, I ask: (a) has the Derby Port prepared an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) as required under section 51 (1)(b) of the Port Authorities Act 1999 ; (b) if yes to (a), when was the EMP completed and is it still current and in effect; (c) if yes to (a), how does the Minister ensure that the operations of the Derby Port comply with the EMP; (d) if yes to (a), will the Minister table a copy of the EMP; (e) if no to (d), why not; and (f) if no to (a), why not?
