I refer to the consultation discussion paper for the statutory review of the Residential Parks (Long-stay Tenants) Act 2006 , which was tabled on 23 August 2012, and ask: (a) has the final report been completed, and if no, when will it be completed; (b) if it has been completed, on what date will it be tabled; and (c) will the Minister introduce legislation amending the Residential Parks (Long-stay Tenants) Act 2006 and if so, when?

(a) No. As part of the next phase of the review a consultation regulatory impact statement is currently being prepared and is expected to be released later this year for public consultation. Nearly 800 responses were received to the initial discussion paper.
