I refer to the Tonkin Highway North Ellenbrook interchange project, and I ask: (a) What was the original expected total cost of this project: (i) What is the total cost of the project to date; and (ii) What is the forecasted final total cost of the project; (b) When was construction first forecast to begin on the project: (i) What is the forecasted date for beginning of construction for the project; (c) What was the initial expected completion date for the project: (i) What is the current forecasted completion date of the project; and (d) Has the Government received the necessary $25 million from private investment to begin construction on the project: (i) If not, when does the Government expect to receive the $25 million of private investment; and (ii) Has the Government received any expressions of interest in providing this $25 million of private investment?

(d) A Developer Contribution Deed is under development with payment due prior to the start of the delivery contract being issued.
