I refer the Minister to the Small Business Commissioner’s report into the Construction Subcontractor Investigation, page 51, and I ask will the Minister ensure that a weighting system pertaining to crucial information provided by builders when applying for prequalification be established with greater weight being assigned to financial capacity, performance history and technical expertise?
