I refer to the Minister's media statements of 7 March 2022 and 16 August 2022 and question without notice 358 in relation to the construction of a multi-user workforce accommodation facility in Kalbarri, and I ask: (a) have contract negotiations concluded with Petra Westkey Modular Housing; (b) on what date was a contract executed; (c) please table the contract; (d) does the arrangement between the State Government and Petra Westkey Modular Housing result in the lease, sale or transfer of the land; (e) does the arrangement require the achievement of milestones by Petra Westkey Modular Housing; (f) if yes to (e), what are those milestones; (g) when will the 56-person facility be commissioned and available for use; (h) has the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangaments (DRFA) provided any support to the initiative; and (i) how many 'registrations of interest' were received for the Kalbarri land?
