I refer to the Education and Care Regulatory Unity (ECRU) within the Department of Communities, and I ask: (a) Since July 1 2025, how many allegations of sexual abuse in the WA childcare sector have been investigated by ECRU; and (b) Of the number of investigations in (a), how many: (i) Resulted in the issuance of a Prohibition Notice to staff; (ii) Resulted in the issuance of fines against providers; and (iii) Resulted in no further action being taken by ECRU?
