How much money has been spent to date on the preliminary works for the new Department of Parks and Wildlife, including all survey works, excavation and testing in relation to the shipwrecks, design works, concept plans and environmental assessments, etc (please provide an itemised list of works and the costs for each)?

The Minister for Environment has provided the following response.
On 14 July 2016, the Department of Parks and Wildlife offered the Member a briefing to enable her to ask any questions in relation to the project. The Member has yet to accept that offer.
In the 2014-15 and 2015-16 financial years, the Department of Parks and Wildlife spent a total of $754,134.57 on the project. The Member has asked a number of other questions that request the breakdown of costs and answers have been provided in answer to Questions on Notice numbers 4169, 4170 and 4175.
