I refer to the Minister’s media statement of 30 November 2014, announcing the “Bigger Picture Policing” advertising campaign, and I ask: (a) what is the total cost of the “Bigger Picture Policing” advertising campaign; (b) what is the breakdown of the cost of the campaign for: (i) broadcasting radio advertisements; (ii) broadcasting television advertisements; (iii) billboards; (iv) other signage; (v) online advertising; (vi) website production; and (vii) design and production of the advertising; (c) in reference to question without notice No. 744, answered on 26 September 2012, is Rare Creative Thinking the agency responsible for the campaign and, if not, which agency has the contract for this campaign; (d) what is the intended length of the campaign; and (e) which government agency is funding the campaign?

(a) The total approved budget of the 'Bigger Picture Policing' advertising campaign is $600,000.
(b) The total cost of the bigger picture campaign, excluding media fees, strategy, research, public relations and 'Bigger Picture Policing' web updates, is as follows:
(i)  There are no radio advertisements.
(ii) $281,013 for television advertisements.
(iii) There are no billboards advertisements.
(iv) There is no other signage.
(v) $83,703 for online advertising (including search and analytics).
(vi) $30,145 for website production.
(vii) $154,276 for design and production of the advertising (this includes concept development and TV, digital and print production).
(c) The Brand Agency is responsible this campaign.
(d)  The campaign commenced on 30 November 2014 and continues until the week commencing 12 April 2015.
(e) Western Australia Police.
