DEPARTMENT OF MINES AND PETROLEUM
The annual report for the financial year 2007 - 2008 was prepared by the former Department of Industry and Resources and covered the mining and petroleum, state development and the industry and enterprise portfolios. The total cost to produce and distribute this annual report was $61,073.00, broken down as follows:
(a) Production cost: $61,037.00
(b) Distribution cost: $36.00
DEPARTMENT OF FISHERIES
(a) $16,000 (editorial and production time)
(b) $400
ELECTORAL AFFAIRS
(a) $960 (to print sufficient hard copies to satisfy statutory obligations and minor client demand).
(b) As the report is an electronic document, minimal mailing costs were incurred to cover statutory obligations.
MERIWA
(a) $1,610.38
(b) Approximately $50.
CHEMISTRY CENTRE
(a) Production - No cost over and above the normal costs associated with the end-of-year accounting (in-house) and the external auditor's fee.
(b) Distribution - electronic at negligible cost.
