The ministerial contracts for service engagement process was utilised for this engagement, including a review by the Ministerial Merit Panel. The consultancy fees are based on the payment of hourly and daily rates for hours worked. The total estimated contract value to 3 November 2011, for the 18-month period of engagement, is $234 000 excluding goods and services tax and expenses.
