but not exclusive to the SafeWA app, been destroyed?

the following answer on behalf of the Minister for Health.
(1)–(2) The
Department of Health is responsible for the management of patient data across Western
Australia's health system, including information related to contact
tracing, and as such continues to hold data that pertains to the ongoing
COVID-19 pandemic.
