I refer to the payment of entitlements to Ms Sarah Boska.
(1) What was
each dollar amount paid for —
(a) accrued
annual leave;
(b) pro-rata
long service leave;
(c) payment in
lieu of notice; and
(d) payment
for years of service?
(2) Was this
entitlement payout the total amount of all severance payments made to the
officer in question; and, if not, what was the value of any additional payments
made?
(3) What was
the total dollar amount of all payments made to Ms Boska following the
announcement that she was leaving the minister's office?
(4) How many
weeks of pay was she entitled to —
(a) in lieu of
notice; and
(b) years of
service?

(c) $21 668.34;
and
(d) Not
applicable.
(2) No
additional payments were made.
(3) The gross
amount was $33 390.91.
(4) (a) She
was entitled to 12 weeks in lieu of notice.
(b) This is
not applicable as payment was made pursuant to section 70(3) of the Public
Sector Management Act 1994.
