(b) Western Power has received one complaint regarding power outages at Meadowlands Drive, Mariginiup.
(c) In the last three financial years, Western Power has undertaken a series of network maintenance activities in Mariginiup, including the replacement or reinforcement of 84 power poles, the replacement of 21 cross arms and insulators, the installation of 2 stays and 5 low-voltage (LV) spreaders, the replacement of 8 pillars and 1 pole-top switch, and several minor maintenance tasks.
(d) Western Power does not directly communicate with customers about routine maintenance activities unless a planned outage is required and/or significant community impact is expected.

Synergy refers power supply and outage related issues and complaints to Western Power.
