(1) I refer to the Health Administrative Review Committee Report and ask since the tabling of the Report, what role, if any, has Mr Daube?
(2) Will the Minister provide the following details of staff responsible for the implementation of the Report -
(a) names;
(b) classification level;
(c) seconded, contract or permanent public servants;
(d) remuneration and other benefits for staff;
(e) allocation of mobile phones/pagers to staff;
(f) allocation of motor vehicles to staff; and
(g) allocation of credit cards to staff?
(3) Is it correct that the Minister, or members of his staff, have encouraged Mr Daube to apply for the position of Commissioner for Health?

(2) (a)-(b) The HARC Implementation Committee originally comprised of: Mr Michael Daube (Chair), Chief Executive Officer, Cancer Foundation of Western Australia, Professor Bryant Stokes, Acting Commissioner of Health, and Dr Brian Lloyd, Executive Director of Medical Services, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. Given the recent appointment of Mr Daube as Commissioner for Health the composition of this committee will now need to change. The Implementation Committee receives advice from a number of Sub Committees and the Department of Health in regard to implementation of specific recommendations in the HARC Report. The Implementation Committee is assisted by a Secretariat of two staff, Mr Andy Duckworth and Mr Babu Simon who are both on Level 8. (c) Mr Duckworth is a permanent public servant seconded from the Western Australia Police Service and Mr Simon is a permanent public servant in the Department of Health.
