The Education and Care Regulatory Unit (ECRU) has investigated five allegations of exclusion of children with disability or complex needs from Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services provided by Camp Australia. It is relevant to note that the Commonwealth Government funds the Inclusion Support Program, which assists early childhood education and care services to address barriers to inclusion. Where appropriate, complainants are referred to other government agencies that may be better positioned to address their concerns or allegations and provide support.
