The Department of Housing and Works is often before the Court with respect to tenancy management issues under the Residential Tenancies Act and public liability claims relating to insurance matters. To answer the question in its current form would require extensive resources and I am not prepared to allocate the resources required to collate the information sought. However, if the member has a particular issue of concern, I would be pleased to consider arranging for the Department to provide information on that specific issue.
