QuestionView source ↗
(1) Has the Public Transport Authority (PTA) given in principle support for a new bus service to collect students from the area around Forrest Beach Road?
(2) Is it true that this new route has not been implemented, because the road has not been examined to ensure its suitability?
(3) If yes to (2), why is this the case and when can the families expect a school bus service to be provided?
(4) What action will the PTA take to ensure that families in the area are provided with a school bus service?
(5) If a bus service has not been introduced, why not?

(4) Provided that the proposed service can undertake the deviation and the travel time for the service is within the 90 minute rule, the affected families will have access to a school bus or alternatively a conveyance allowance will be paid.
