I refer to the recent fracking of the Warro-4 well, and I ask -
(1) How many times was this well ‘fracked’?
(2) At what depth did each frack take place?
(3) How many litres of water were used for each fracking activity carried out in this well?
(4) Was fresh water used for any of the fracking activities?
(5) If yes to (4), how many litres of potable water was used?
(6) Were any chemicals part of the fracking mix?
(7) Did the Department of Mines and Petroleum refer the proposal for fracking to the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA)?
(8) If the answer to (7) is no, then why not?
(9) Did the Department seek and receive advice from the EPA regarding this activity?
