I refer to the Bunbury Regional Prison, and I ask: (a) as at 1 October 2012, 2013 and 2014, how many prisoners were detained at Bunbury Regional Prison; (b) for each year in (a), how many of these prisoners shared a cell; (c) as at 1 October 2012, 2013 and 2014, how many prison officer positions were vacant; (d) how many prison officer positions are currently vacant; (e) in relation to each vacant position in (c) and (d), how long were the positions vacant; and (f) in each 2012, 2013 and 2014, how many assaults have been reported: (i) on a prisoner by another prisoner; (ii) on a prisoner by a prison officer; and (iii) on a prison officer by a prisoner?
