Hon
TIM CLIFFORD : I refer to the McGowan government's economic
stimulus package in response to COVID-19. Will the state government
extend the stimulus package to provide additional rental support to low-income
earners?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided by the Treasurer.
As
indicated by the Premier when announcing yesterday's $607 million
stimulus package, COVID-19 is a constantly evolving situation and the
McGowan government stands ready to respond in any way necessary. Further
measures to support the state's economy are under consideration and
will be rolled out as required.
