I refer to correspondence sent to pensioners from the administrators of the Country Aged Pension Fuel Card scheme incorrectly advising a payment was due, and I ask: (a) How many incorrect letters were initially sent; (b) How many letters of apology to affected pensioners have subsequently been sent; (c) On what date or dates were the letters of apology sent; (d) Were any monies paid as a result of the initial, incorrect letter; and (e) If yes to (d): (i) how much money was incorrectly paid; (ii) has all the money incorrectly received been repaid; (iii) If yes to (e) (ii) on what date or dates was money repaid; and (iv) If no to (e) (ii), why not?
