I refer to question without notice 1036, asked on 12 November 2025, about regulations associated with the enabling legislation for the key transport agencies (Public Transport Authority and Main Roads), and the Minister's answer that "(1)–(3) Advice is being sought on the legality, probity and confidentiality issues around the release of this information", and noting that there was no undertaking to follow up on the issue, I ask: (a) having now sought and presumably received the advice, is the Minister able to provide a response?
