(2) What is the ratio of public housing to private housing in each of the suburbs in (1) and how does this compare to all other suburbs in the Perth metropolitan area? (3) How many new properties has the Department of Housing purchased in each of the suburbs in (1) since 2008?

As at 30 June 2013 the Department's percentage presence in the City of Stirling local government area (which includes Inglewood) is 5.28%. The Department's percentage presence in the City of Bayswater, which includes the suburbs of Maylands, Bayswater and Embleton, is 4.4%.
The City of Stirling has the ninth highest market presence, and the City of Bayswater has the 14th highest market presence of the metropolitan local government authorities.
