1409. Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH to
the Leader of the House representing the Premier:
(1) Who is
undertaking the review into the Minister for Finance's financial
affairs and his compliance with the ministerial code of conduct?
(2) Is the review
also examining the advice provided to the Minister for Finance by the director
general of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and cabinet secretary?
(3) If no to (2), why not?
(4) How will the
Premier ensure that the review is completely independent of anyone who has
previously been involved in any of the issues?
(5) Will the
Premier table the letter sent to the Minister for Finance in September
regarding the potential conflict with Fleet Network?
