A WA parliamentary question probes the progress of the review of health practitioner legislation, specifically regarding the potential merger of the Dental Act and Dental Prosthetists Act, and the involvement of relevant professional associations in the drafting process. The Minister's response indicates the review is ongoing, no decision on the merger has been made, and clarifies the ADA's role.
