I refer to the answer to question without notice No. 142, asked by the Hon Lynn MacLaren on 11 March 2014, and I ask: (a) are government departments within the Minister's portfolio undertaking a risk and vulnerability assessment of critical infrastructure, State-owned assets and vulnerable areas within its area of responsibility; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) if yes to (a), when was this; (d) if yes to (a), will the Minister table this or these assessments; and (e) if no to (d), why not?
