I refer to my question 958 of yesterday. (1) Why has the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection failed to enforce an order of the State Administrative Tribunal? I thank the member for some notice of this question. The Minister for Consumer and Employment Protection has provided the following information - (1) The Department of Consumer and Employment Protection has sought internal legal advice about matters raised by Mrs Norma Parker. Mrs Parker is being kept informed of progress about her complaint. (2) The department has not disregarded the tribunal order. The department’s actions concerning the matter raised by Mrs Parker are subject to the receipt of legal advice.
