I represent the Minister for Agriculture and Food who
generally represents the Minister for Housing but who is absent today on urgent
parliamentary business. I thank the honourable member for some notice of this
question. The Department of Housing advises —
(1) On 30 November
2013.
(2) Yes.
(3) No; 29
one-bed units in total are being offered for sale. Of these 29 properties, 19
are being offered through the SharedStart home loan product. Ten are offered at
full market price.
(4) This will
deliver high quality housing for key workers in Karratha and contribute to a
diversity of dwelling types in the revitalised town centre.
(5) The Department
of Housing owns 12 units.
