I refer to Legislative Assembly question on notice 32, which asked for data in relation to e-scooter incidents in Western Australia, and I ask: (a) from 7 October 2024, to the end of 2024: (i) how many e-scooter-related infringements were recorded, categorised by offence type; and (ii) of the infringements in (a)(i), how many involved individuals under the age of 18 (categorised by offence); and (b) for 2025 to date: (i) how many e-scooter-related infringements were recorded, categorised by offence type; and (ii) of the infringements in (b)(i), how many involved individuals under the age of 18 (categorised by offence)?

(i)   The recorded data does not differentiate between eRideables and standard bicycles in some categories. There were 105 infringements issued between 7 October 2024 and 31 December 2024:
