(a) Communication agreements were signed with:
· the Department of Agriculture and Food Western Australia (DAFWA) on 28 October 2008
· the Rural Business Development Corporation (RBDC) on 28 January 2009
· the Agriculture Protection Board (APB) on 28 January 2009
(b) The Minister for Agriculture and Food and the following people were signatories to the agreements:
· DAFWA - Ian Longson, Director General
· RBDC - Rod Sands, Chairperson
· APB - Chris Richardson, Chairperson
(c) The signatories mentioned are the department contacts for each agreement.

For Forestry:
(a) A communication agreement was signed with the Forest Products Commission on 26 November 2008.
(b) The Minister for Forestry and Dr Paul Biggs, General Manager FPC
(c) Nominated FPC Officer who will vary depending on circumstances

· The Department of Education and Training on 9 January 2009
