(1) No.
(2) The Commissioner of Police is responsible for the allocation of police services state-wide and allocates resources accordingly. WA Police undertake continual monitoring of policing services in each Police district to ensure a responsive policing service is provided to the areas of greatest need. In addition, there are centralised resources and specialist units which are utilised state wide. Electorates are not a factor for the Commissioner of Police in his allocation of services or resources.
