The process to capture Leap program data has changed since September 2024. The following represents the number of completions for courses which requalify the teacher into an additional learning area.
(a) 183
(b)   (i)  The Leap program does not provide a distinct course to transition from primary to secondary teaching. It provides training to teachers to transition between curriculum areas,         with 15 of the offered courses in learning areas specific for secondary teaching. Of the 183 teachers completing a Leap course:
·       81 had a primary qualification
·       3 had an early childhood qualification.
(ii) 141
(iii)  42
(c) The 42 teachers who completed the Special and Inclusive Education Graduate Certificate are able to work across K–12 Education Support settings.
