I refer to question on notice No. 585 of March 20 2003 and answers provided -
(1) Can the Minister specifically state what were the verbal directions provided to Mark Posa from the Kalgoorlie Cement Work in relation to a number of safety issues before the inspector left the work site?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Can the Minister specifically state what were the safety issues that were identified by the Inspector and subsequently verbally directed to be remedied before he left the work site?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
