(2) There are two entrance lanes to the MDCP from Winthrop Avenue, branching to four access lanes within the car park. There are three exit lanes; two for the exclusive use of staff and one for the exclusive use of visitors. Visitor parking is restricted to the ground floor and has a single exit. Staff vehicles parked in the upper levels of the MDCP utilise two exit lanes.
