(1) The hotline has received 1 427 calls, comprising 379 rough sleepers - the target group; 932 in accommodation but unsuitable or not permanent accommodation; 116 general inquiries; and 24 urgent cases are still outstanding. (2) (a) 172 referrals to crisis accommodation; (b) 122 bond loans issued - 342 applications are still active; and (c) 139 allocations.
