I refer to the Minister's advice of 19 June 2012 regarding Euro population management (question on notice No. 5569), and I ask in relation to the answer supplied to questions (2)-(4), can the Minister explain why quoting figures for 'about 30 years' is an accurate representation of the commercial harvest for Euros given that years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and up to 7 August 2007, 2010, 2011 and 2012, no Euro commercial quota was approved?
