I refer to the Satterley Property Group’s proposed North Stoneville development plan, and I ask: (a) given the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) currently holds two Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) Amendment Applications to rezone North Stoneville from "Urban" back to "Rural", why did the WAPC not initiate the rezoning process following the second rejection of the development plan in December 2023; and (b) how long does the WAPC intend to delay the progression of these rezoning applications?
