(1-2) Two pieces of correspondence, dated 1 April 2009 and 18 May 2009 were received in my office regarding issues in the energy sector.
Additionally, Mr Peter Oates, who is engaged as a consultant in my office is a Director of Eneabba Gas.
Mr Oates has made a declaration of interests in line with the code of conduct that regulates public sector employment, and he has and will continue to follow the appropriate protocols.
