(1)(a) 11,734 (0.56%).
(b) 89,348 (9%). The number of payment extensions is due to a range of issues, including individual financial circumstances of customers and Synergy experiencing delays in issuing some bills and then offering extended payment terms to affected customers.
(c) 2,526 (0.12%).
