Has any department or agency in the Premier's control undertake any staff surveys since 1 January 2017 and if so: (a) between what dates did the survey take place; (b) how many people participated in the survey; (c) what were the aims of the survey; and (d) have there been any results or reports prepared as a result of the survey: (i) if yes, have these been provided to the Minister: (A) if so, on what date; and (B) if not, why not; and (ii) will the Minister table the results or reports: (A) if not, why not?

a-d) Due to the wide range of surveys that are conducted throughout the public sector, it is unclear which surveys or the kind of surveys the member is asking about. It is requested that he be more specific with his question.
