I refer to the minister's
answer to my question without notice 1280 in which he informed the house that —
Ms Candice Allen was arrested on the
warrant on her return to Western Australia.
(1) Was Ms Allen's return to
Western Australia a result of her being extradited from another jurisdiction?
(2) If yes to (1), which
jurisdiction?
(3) If no to (1),
what were the circumstances surrounding her sudden return to Western Australia
more than three years after her parole order had been cancelled and a warrant
issued for her arrest?
