I refer to the Government's media statement of 31 March 2026 regarding FORM's Creative Schools program and I ask: (a) please identify the 10 schools who will benefit from the program in 2026; (b) for each of the following years, by region, please list identify the schools at which the program was delivered: (i) 2018; (ii) 2019; (iii) 2020; (iv) 2021; (v) 2022; (vi) 2023; (vii) 2024; and (viii) 2025; and (c) what criteria and procedures are used to assess and select participating schools, teachers, or creative practitioners?

FORM delivers the program to both public and non-government schools. The Department of Education can only verify the public schools in which the program is being delivered.
