(1) I refer to question No. 103 asked on 26 February 2014 and the Public Environment Review (PER) document for a Western Australian Shark Hazard Mitigation Drum Line Program 2014-2017 and ask if any of the stakeholder consultation referred to in section 3 of the PER document was advertised publically (please give a full details of how it was advertised, including the media outlets used, locations and dates)? (2) If no to (1), please state why not, given the Government had ample opportunity to conduct public consultation on its drum line strategy between January and June 2014?

1) The consultation referred to in Legislative Assembly Question on Notice 103 and in section 3 of the Public Environment Review (PER) for a Western Australian Shark Hazard Mitigation Drum Line Program 2014-2017 was not advertised publicly.
2) The PER was subject to a four week public comment period from 9 June to 7 July 2014.
