1&2 Currently nine public servants are employed full time to deal with matters relating to both the PPPA and the PRRLA. 3&4 The Ministry of Fair Trading has submitted a budget bid that seeks an increase in overall funding. Until the budget process is finalised it is not possible to indicate whether resources will be increased. 5&6 Since the PPPU was established on 27 November 2001, eleven full time staff have progressively been employed. 7&9 (a) To be determined following the finalisation of the budget process. (b) To be determined after the budget process is finalised. (c) If an increased budget allocation is approved any increase will occur as soon as possible after that date. 8 Not applicable. 10 Not applicable.
