I ask a supplementary question. Is the Australian Medical
Association not correct when it says that the minister has no solutions and
that ZZZ### ZZZthese are just the same tired, old
excuses that come out year after year''?

previous answer, he would have gained a greater understanding of the whole
picture and the reasons for the situations that we have had.
