I thank the member
for some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided to me
by the Minister for Police.
(1)–(5) The Western Australia Police Force
commenced the investigation on 4 October 2023, and the investigation was
completed in February 2024. In March 2025, a review of the matter was
undertaken by the sex crime divisional office. This review did not identify any
additional investigative actions, and the original conclusion was supported.
The Minister for Police takes child sexual abuse matters extremely seriously.
