(1) 1993 130 1994 119 1995 108 1996 80 1997 100 1998 104 1999 85 2000 62 (to 15 September 2000) (2) The Family Court Counselling service attends Kalgoorlie on average, eight (8) times per year. This includes visits prior to circuit sittings of the Court. Contact with this service is also available by telephone. Mediation in the form of conciliation conferences is also provided by Registrars of the court on circuit visits. These occur on average three times per year. These conferences include any matters referred to the visiting Registrar by the local Magistrate even if the case has not formally been transferred to the Family Court of WA.
